Once payment has cleared, items will be usually dispatched the next working day to UK & Ireland destinations via a 3-5 day parcel service. FREE UK & Ireland shipping is included in the displayed prices. Please contact us for a quote to other destinations or express delivery.

Returns

Damaged goods will be exchanged or refunded.

If you are not happy with your purchased product, you can return it without any reason within 30 days of receiving. You must contact us before sending the return. Problems can often be resolved by phone or email to avoid incurring unnecessary postal charges.

All goods returned must be clean, unused, in orginal packaging, and appropriately parcelled for transit. You must pay for return shipping and retain proof of sending. If the product is in brand new condition, you will receive a full refund for your original purchase amount. Refunds will be prosessed as soon as possible, but please note that can may take up to 18 days.
